New Patients:
Arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to complete paperwork as needed. There is a code needed to enter the clinic building; request access by messaging or calling us. The duration of the new patient appointments will be approximately 60 minutes to ensure adequate time is needed for consultation and services.
No Show/Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that we reserve the time for you when you make an appointment. Though we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel due to sickness, emergency or other unplanned circumstances. If that does occur with you and you need to cancel, notify us 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise you'll be subject to a $50 forfeiture fee.
